FAQs

How much water should my family drink to keep hydrated?

Drink if you feel thirsty. If not, don't. The exception would be folks about to embark on an intense workout. Drinking beforehand is helpful.

And if you're worried that you're not drinking enough, check your urine. Dark yellow, says University of Pennsylvania nutritionist Stella Volpe, is the color of dehydration.

What's the difference between alkaline, purified, and mineral water?

Mineral water contains at least 250 parts per million total dissolved solids (TDS).

Purified water has been produced by distillation, deionization, reverse osmosis, or other suitable processes. Purified water may also be referred to as "demineralized water."

Alkaline water, also commonly known as ionized water, is water that has a pH level greater than seven.

This means both purified and mineral water can be alkaline as it is not a type of water purifying process but the acidic level of the water.

Is your water alkaline (pH >7)?

Yes it is. You can always request from us our monthly water analysis results by the health office to see our pH level. Send us an email at lifemate.refresh@gmail.com if you would like us to send you a copy monthly.

Can I rent hot/cold dispensers for special occasions at home?

Yes you can depending on availability. It would be best to arrange with us 3-5 business days ahead so we can clean and prepare a dispenser for you.

Can I have tube ice and 500 mL bottles delivered to my home/ office/ badminton/ basketball match?

Yes, you can. Please coordinate with us the details of when you need them so we can plan accordingly.

What are your store hours?

We are open from 8 AM-6 PM, Mondays-Saturdays.
We are closed on Sundays so we can rest and provide for you better throughout the coming week.

How come we don't get our water delivered right away?

We strive our best to service all our customers in a timely manner. To do this, we try to forecast our daily deliveries based on your consumption.

By letting us know when you are on or almost halfway through your last bottle, it would be easier for us to help you avoid the inconvenience of running out of drinking water. This applies especially to those who have their bottles picked up.

This way, we could plan better logistics according to the orders for the day and deliver them to different areas  in batches to reduce our carbon footprint.

I have a question which is not addressed above, is there any way I can contact you to satisfy my curiosity?

Yes, we would be more than willing to help you out. Feel free to talk to us through our land-line, mobile, or email address listed in the "contact us" tab above.
